Apex Fleet is a Ghanaian company building GPS tracking and fleet management technology for vehicle owners and fleet operators across the country. What the platform covers
Real-time GPS tracking shows you where a vehicle is right now. Location history lets you review where it has been. Geofencing alerts you when a vehicle enters or leaves a defined area. Driver monitoring gives visibility into how a vehicle is being driven. Fuel monitoring is available where the vehicle and installation support it. Fleet reporting brings this information together for managers who need to review activity across multiple vehicles. All of this is backed by professional installation and support after your system goes live.
Who we work with
We support individual vehicle owners, ride-hailing and delivery drivers, motorcycle owners, and small operators with a handful of vehicles, as well as commercial fleets in logistics, haulage, distribution, construction, schools, car rental, and corporate operations. The underlying platform is the same. What changes is the scale of the installation and the configuration of dashboards, users, and reports.
How we work
We start by understanding your vehicle or fleet and what you need to track. We then recommend the right hardware and give you a clear price before any installation goes ahead. Installation is scheduled at a time that suits you, and once it is complete you get access to the platform to start monitoring. For larger fleets, installation can be scheduled in batches so operations are not disrupted.
