We build and install GPS vehicle tracking technology for vehicle owners and businesses in Ghana who want to know where their vehicles are and how they are being used.
Why we exist
Vehicle owners in Ghana, from individual drivers to businesses running several vehicles, often have very little visibility into where their vehicles go once they leave the yard. Vehicles can be driven off route, left idling, or in the worst case stolen, and without location data there is little a vehicle owner can do beyond asking the driver directly.
Apex Fleet was set up to address that gap. We install GPS tracking hardware and provide a platform that shows a vehicle's live location and recent route history, so an owner or fleet manager does not have to rely on guesswork.
We are an early-stage Ghanaian company. We are building our installation and support capability city by city, starting in Accra and expanding to the other regions we list on this site. We would rather be upfront about being new than overstate our size or history.
What the technology does
A small GPS unit is fitted to the vehicle, usually connected to the vehicle's power supply, and it reports location data to our platform. From the platform, a vehicle owner or fleet manager can see a vehicle's current location, view where it has travelled, set up geofenced areas, and receive alerts for events such as leaving a defined area. Depending on the plan, additional features such as fuel-level monitoring or driver behaviour reporting can be added.

Our platform is designed for anyone in Ghana responsible for a vehicle they cannot personally watch at all times: individual vehicle owners, small business owners with a handful of vehicles, and larger fleet operators. Installation and support
A technician fits the GPS unit at your vehicle's location, tests the signal, and walks you through the platform before leaving. After installation, support is available by phone and WhatsApp for setup questions, troubleshooting, or platform guidance.
