Engine cut-off allows an authorised user to remotely disable a vehicle's ignition circuit, most often used to assist with stolen vehicle recovery. This feature is only available where the vehicle and hardware combination supports it, and it is not something we assume is included by default; it is confirmed on quote for your specific vehicle. Fuel sensors measure fuel level directly in the tank and require calibration to your vehicle's tank shape, which is why fuel sensor pricing is also confirmed on quote rather than a flat number.
